I'm trying to change pretty much everything about the way I'm living. I'm trying to lose weight so that I can be more healthy. I'd love to have people around to exchange ideas. I've tried this for a while by myself. I think I'll do better with some help. I recently joined a gym, but I have bad knees so I'm limited to what I can do. I plan my meals ahead and do well if I cook and pack ahead of time. I'd love to hear your ideas!
