I've been thinking about getting one. Do the workouts sync with My Fitness Pall, or do you have to manually add them to MFP?

Your steps automatically sync with mfp and go on to your exercise calories.

I barely even notice I have mine on anymore which is surprising seeing as I hate watches and it's about the same size! Best thing I have bought in 2015 so far
