trying to stay fit while pregnant

I usually weigh myself once a week the same day every week in the morning when I get up. Before I eat or even get ready for my day.0

I just found out this morning that I have water on my knee. Great! Now that puts my workouts to a stop. They said that I could have it drained but then there is risk of infection. I was doing so good and now I am so bummed0

So after the other and finding out about my knee. I took a few days off and did some research. I have started workout again and its helping. Yay!!! So exciting0
