Hey everyone my name in Jonathan, I am from Montana but living in Houston TX. I did the first Insanity 2 years ago, lost 60 lbs, since moving to Houston for work I have gained 40-45 back. I am starting this to control my portions while I start the Insanity Max 30. Wish my luck all.
