10 pounds to lose...again

It seems every year around this time I'm back trying to lose the same 10 pounds that I lost and gained back again during the previous year. Hoping that I can lose the weight and keep it off this time, never have used the community posting feature, hoping the support might help in my journey this time.

    Hey guys. I was holding steady at my old goal weight for a while but recently gained a few pounds back. Im now looking to lose those few pounds
