Back after having a baby!

Hey guys and girls. I was a member of MFP from 2013 until 2014 when I found out I was pregnant. Due to the fact that I have had several miscarriages in the past the doctor advised me not to run or cycle anymore as both had a risk of falling. As it happened I was on crutches for most of my pregnancy anyway as I had problems with my pelvis. ANYWAY... my beautiful daughter Amelia was born in December and I am now ready to get back to losing weight.
I lost 42lbs (3st) before I became pregnant. After she was born in December I discovered I had gained 20lb (1st 6lbs). While this wasn't brilliant I was pleased that I hadn't gained the full amount back and I also knew that beginning to exercise again wouldn't be too difficult as I loved running, cycling and doing Hip Hop Abs before I fell pregnant. I made a new profile as I had a lot of people on my old one that weren't really using MFP anymore. I hope to make some friends here.
