Freeze dried fuji apples, or other fruit. YUMMY! and only 40-60 calories. I have a hard time eating fruit but with these I get in my daily fruit so easily

As a Police Community Support Officer I can't really have snacks on hand as I am walking, cycling and occasionally running as 95% of my shift. :frown: But I do try to squeeze a box of raisens in a pocket on my stab-vest somewhere getting a chance to eat them though is another matter!

Same here with the raw veggies. I also use snow peas or sugar snap peas, and sliced zuchinni. I also keep walnuts around and a box of Kellogg's All Bran Multigrain crackers.

I'm on board with the fiber one bars. I actually eat the generic fiber now bars they have more cals but they also have more fiber than a fiber one.

    Also:

raw almond and walnut 100 cal packs
    apples
    mandarin oranges
    V8 juice
