Try intermittent fasting that will definately help u out. Try 5/2 regime i.e 5 days normal eating and 2 days only 500 calories. I must tell u that for weight loss u must have some patience. You will definately get the result.

The other reason for not loosing weight, is that you may be gaining muscle. Toning your body with lean muscle mass will in itself burn more fat...

Ajoy73, eating a well balanced diet is most important. By reducing your calorie intake may slow your Metabolism, and there fore weight loss will take longer.

It could be water weight... Watch your sodium intake also 12-1300cal a day seems low what are your metrics? Also yes the 5 meal a day could be an issue depending on your body type. How are your macros split?

Well I hope its because I'm gaining muscle! :) I eat 3 regular meals..the other two are snacks. Like some nuts or fruit or yogurt. I do put salt on a lot of things. I will try to cut back on that! Thanks so much!

Wow I know exactly how you feel. I do Muay Thai 3 times a week and eat super clean but I will lose a few lbs then gain them back, lose the lbs then gain then back. I get that it could be muscle but *kitten* man I eat like bird, cut out carbs, work my *kitten* off and have no results :disappointed_relieved: I'm gunna try the 5/2 regime which that guy suggested maybe it'll work
