What is the best way to lose the last 10 pounds

I have been trying to lose 10 pounds by exercising everyday and eating a very healthy diet; however it's still hard to lose 5-10 pounds.

Log all your food to make sure you are not eating too much of that "healthy food". Even apples have calories0

Sorry, for some reason I thought you were on your LAST 10lbs
My advice still stands. Be strict with your food logging weigh and measure everything. If you're not losing weight then you may be eating at your maintenance levels, and not in a calorie deficit0
