I have been trying to lose 10 pounds by exercising everyday and eating a very healthy diet; however it's still hard to lose 5-10 pounds.

The same way you lost the first 10.

Log all your food to make sure you are not eating too much of that "healthy food". Even apples have calories ;)

I'm with you too. The last few lbs are gonna take their sweet time to leave :disappointed:
Be extra tight with your logging and be patient

Sorry, for some reason I thought you were on your LAST 10lbs :#
My advice still stands. Be strict with your food logging weigh and measure everything. If you're not losing weight then you may be eating at your maintenance levels, and not in a calorie deficit
