After a week of doing my food journal I have ran into a problem. Not changing my eating habits, I am not making or barely eating 1000 calories. I am active; OCD. I put my head phones in and dance as I clean. I am still having a hard time losing weight. Anyone have any suggestions?

Btw I do the portioning as directed on foods. I eat fresh fruits and veggies as a snack. I stay away from premise meals, can anything, boxed foods, and try to do organic as much as I can.0

You aren't weighing your food. You are eating more than you think.0

First, start weighing and measuring your food. You have a lot of generic items, don't use those, they aren't accurate. You have a banana 60 cal. The average banana is about 125ish on the calories.
Secondly, a week isn't enough time, be patient, it will come.0
