I'm 2 1/2 years postop am maintaining fairly well have gained about 15 pounds back and and trying to fight the good fight. Looking for people in similar situation. Never want to go back to where I was

    Hi! Next month will be my 1yr anniversary from gastric sleeve. Lost 40 #. Need to lose 20# more. But doesn't seem to be happening! Lol. Glad to see you here

    Hi Lynn! I gained 6 lbs over the holidays and had been wotking out and changed my eating habits dramtically. January 1. The first 3 lbs came off in days. Then i stalled for about 3 weeks. I cut back to nothing more than 15% carb going in my mouth and i have lost 6lbs in 7 days. It is literally falling off. Try it.
