    I listen to........ Ennio Morricone - The ecstasy of gold (good, bad and the ugly sountrack) I can listen to it on repeat at times for a full iron sesh.

    it was also my walkout song for my fights.....just pumps me up :D

    that is a fantastic piece, the entire soundtrack is pretty awesome!

    Although I like all of the Metal groups for HITT workouts but for heavy lifting I prefer something with a slower beat like hip hop. For me if I have any kind of music that is fast paced my recovery btwn sets is not as good as compared to something slower.
