probably dubstep and most EDM (trance especially). I tend to download the latest podcasts from ASOT (A state of Trance) or Group Therapy. Definitely pumps me up!0

I listen to heavy metal, alternative, and radio pop for my cardio workouts. I love Volbeat, Disturbed, Pop Evil, AC/DC, Katy Perry, Iggy A, etc. Lots of differenct stuff makes it not so boring:)0
