New to the Group

Hello everyone my name is Quantella. I am 26 years new and ready to lose this weight I am glad that I found this group. My plans are to lose weight by small portions of food and water aerobics 3 times a week. :happy:

    About the food, dont cut yourself to much to fast you dont wanna go from say 2000 Kcal per day to 1200 Kcal per day suddenly that will make your body think its starving and store lots of food. Just take it down slowly and if able take a small meal every 3 hours orso to optimize your metabolism and water aerobics are a great start or small walks ( you can do longer walks and more often as you progress ).
