Gym Visit: First time in a long time!

So, I went to the gym for the first time in a LONG time yesterday. It was awesome! Of course I hurt today and will probably hurt more tomorrow, but it was good to get back into it again. Just wanted to share!

    I just got a gym membership for the first time in years on Jan 31st. I'm so excited to finally have access to weights again. I missed them. We finally had the money to afford a family membership to our local Y (thanks to my husband getting a new job).
