I need to lose 100 pounds. I am going on a huge holiday vacation. I need all the wisdom and good recipes. Possible.

    I also need to tell you all that I have had gastric bypass. Ruben Y to be exact. It's been 8 years. I lost 437 pounds. Yes I was huge. I did get down to 170 pounds. Over the past 2 years I have had foot surgery knee replacement and back surgery. It's all made it hard to walk which is my main choice of exercise but I also had some depression because of being such a couch potato due to the surgeries. So I ate. Now I need to lose 100 pounds. Please help!
