Protein Help

I work out 6 days a week for about 2 hours a day, I run a mile or two to start out my workout and then lift and do other things for the last hour and a half or more. I count my calories obviously and watch everything I eat, mostly salads, tuna sandwiches, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast. What are some things I could eat or do for protein?!?

    Omg.

Edit: also, this just reminded me of an unfortunate cutoff on a MFP recipe... 6pi0uytlfvhv.png

I like to go to Costco and get their oven browned turkey breast. It is precooked. 60 kcal for a 2 ounce serving.

Fish are often a great source of low calorie protein. (They often kind of high in cholesterol though.)

I know a lot of people have bad opinions of protein powder but I do a whey protein shake after lifting weights pretty much every time I do a weight lifting session.

The best thing I have read in this forum to date.

Anyway, aside from meat and eggs, I eat peanut butter, almonds, protein bars, greek yogurt, and cheese to get my protein. Hope that helps!
