Hi Everyone,

I'm Jeanette and I'm new here. A friend recommended this site to me after she had lost over 20 pounds just logging her food daily. So, here I am!
I've recently found out that my family has hereditary PKD... I guess you can say this has scared me to the point where I realized that I needed to take drastic action!
I have about a 100 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight, but my challenge is that I live with a couple of roommates that has no interest in health and wellness and since we share the grocery bill it's hard for me to control what goes in the refrigerator for the house.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and what was your solution? I need some ideas on how I can stay healthy while having to look at the pizza in the refrigerator :#

    Welcome to MFP! I've been on an off for a long time now and haven't been able to keep it off. I'm back at it again :) I also have PKD and PCOS.
