Falling off track and determind to get back on

I was once 300lbs and was able to get down to 197. I was so proud of myself but then I fell into a slump from working a lot a of overtime and have had a hard time sticking to the daily work out routine I once had. Ontop of that I've started smoking
I not only need to kick stress eating but smoking. I proudly worked my way to being able to run 5miles and lost a significant amount of weight but have sadly gained 40lbs back over the past year. Does anyone have any motivational words, recommendations or suggestions for easing back into a routine and or quitting bad habits that affect your ability to go as hard as you once did while working out???

Right there with you! I've gained 10 pounds back over the past 6 months and can't seem to get rid of it. None of my clothes fit. I'm working tons of hours right now and studying for the CPA exam. My biggest challenge is fatigue and not having time to plan or cook meals that are low calorie. So discouraging.0

I know what you mean. I work 9am to 8:00 pm m-f and weird shifts on the weekend. By the time get home after the gym it's past 11 which makes it hard to meal prep. I have recently picked up things like Samon that I can prep for 2 days at a time for dinner at work.0
