I have been a member for 3 months now and very pleased to say I 've lost 31 lbs however after putting in my measurements today my calories intake has been cut to 1270 which concerns me a little I have been managing on 1400 with no real problems and losing weight consistently however I alway use my 1400 and think 1270 is a too little advise please.

well Give us some more info please.. what are you're settings? That makes a difference? Are you set to lose one pound a week or two? Seditary or active?

I'd say keep doing what you've been doing until you hit a plateau. Then I'd play around with intake. And congrats on the 31 pounds! :flowerforyou:
  • Stay consistant. Keep eating the same calories and doing the same amount of exercize. When the weight stops coming off then listen to the board. Most of all do what feels right! And if you start to gain you know you have to change. But I always listened to the saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it!".

    Hi
I try to lose 2lbs per week and I work at a desk during the week and my exercise is circuit training for 1 .5 hours and 2 rounds of golf throughout the week I think my settings are seditary thanks for the help.

It sounds like you need to decrease your settings to 1lb per week. Even at a setting of 2 lb per week, you're not going to really lose 2lb every single week. It's just not how the body works. It's generally better in the long run to eat a bit more and lose a tiny bit slower.
