homework #1 pick a fight with yourself and win. We spend so much time thinking about how we can be better we forget how important it is to enjoy the victories. So set a small goal for today and complete that goal. Doing something like this every morning may help you stay focused.

    I'm going to plan my food (and more importantly follow it!) for tomorrow.
    It's great to make little goals for the day, its true. What is your goal going to be, I think you forgot to tell us ;P
  • My goal for tomorrow is; walk through the doors of my gym. Keeping it simple.

    My goal for tomorrow is (and this sounds silly) to bring the 2 pairs of new, smaller size pants that are too long in to work so I can have them shortened on my lunch break. I seem to have a mental wall about it, I look at them every morning as I leave the house in my baggy, outgrown pants. I deserve new pants, dammit!!!
