Good morning I am a 65 year old male living in Yorkshire England.I currently weigh 182 pounds and my target is 168 pounds.I am finding it difficult to shed this 14 pounds and I feel I could use a little support.I am very fit and when I find the time I go to,the gym and I love to walk.However I am finding the weight is proving very stubborn to move downwards.

    Hi there! Feel your pain. I just turned 51 - also always been fit and lead healthy active lifestyle ( or so I thought) want to lose 10 kg. Good advise I heard from a dieticien recently is to never eat carbs in the evening and have been doing it for the last 3 weeks and lost 2 kg so far.
