0:00–2:00 Jumping Jacks
2:00–4:00 Run in Place
4:00–5:00 Squat Jumps
5:00–7:00 Jumping Jacks
7:00–9:00 Run in Place
9:00–10:00 Squat Jumps
10:00–12:00 Jumping Jacks
12:00–15:00 Run in Place

    You could log it as 15 minutes of high intensity cardio.

    This would really depend on the person. If you are 120lbs you are going to burn a lot differently than if you were 300. The best bet (and you are probably tired of hearing this if you have been on the site long) is to invest in a good heart rate monitor with a chest strap. They are worth their weight in GOLD! Seriously been my BEST investment for my weight loss journey.

    And thanks for sharing the workout. It is now saved for me to try later =) I don't want to get all sweaty before class (or while at work for that matter!)
