For someone with only 13 pounds to lose 2 pounds a week is a huge amount. Your body can naturally fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day. My suggestion stop weighing daily (which is what I guess your doing) and have a little patience and keep an eye on the trend over a period of time not the absolute number in a small period of time. You cannot draw conclusions of a trend after just a couple of weeks. Good luck0

Weight loss isn't linear
You should be aiming for 0.5lbs a week
The loss at the beginning will be mainly water weight - water weight is not the same as fat loss and can be affected by high sodium, change-up in exercise, hormones and TOM
Just keep logging .. and weigh again in a couple of weeks .. it will come off .. slowly0 -
Inaccurate logging. Eating more than you think.
Burning less than you think
the 2 points made above fluctuations and it not being linear.
We cant really know what you are doing wrong if anything because you only provide the barest of information.0 -
Thanks for your advice, I've made my diary public so you can see more information, I suffer from IBS so I am careful with my food choices. Any further advice would be much appreciated0

Are you weighing and measuring your food? Also, just looking at your diary, I would suggest working on your protein (getting more). You want to try and retain as much muscle mass as possible.0

Also, are you working out? Do you want to provide your height, weight, age and workout routine?

many people have discovered that their bodies go through a water loss, gain, stabilize cycle when first starting to lose weight and this can last up to a month. First, you lose a lot of water weight (pounds lost), then your body goes "oopsie, I need some of that stuff back" so it starts to retain more than it needs (weight loss stops or even regain a little), then it decides on how much is the proper amount to keep and you stabilize and the losses start up again. This whole time you will be burning fat, as long as you are in a deficit. Starting exercise can also cause your body to hold on to more water in order to repair muscles.
What is your weekly weight loss goal? What is your average weekly loss so far? If those two numbers are really close, don't worry about it, the losses will start up again soon. Just make sure you are logging accurately.
