Counting calories.
I was always one who only counted fat grams and in the past it has worked but counting calories has really helped me learn about portion size.0 -
tracking all my food. ALL of it. The app helped me do this, and I'm at 44lbs lost so far.0

Honestly, I was kind of a night eater. Munchin on things after dinner. Ever since I started exercising at night I'm not hungry and sleep way better!! Thatat's just my advice to you if you do good all day and end up not doing well at the end of your day!! And try not to skip meals!! Good luck to you!!0

Just paying attention period. Started out just with portion control, but not eating any healthier. Then moved to portion control with a better diet. Finally moved a healthy diet while counting calories. I've lost about 45 lbs total, and the first half was all portion control and slight changes in types of things I was eating, and cutting down on munching0
