im new to Fitbit and would love some friends both on Fitbit and mfp. I'm 31 mum of two and would love to lose ten stone. Please add me salohalley@aol.com for both x

    How do you like your fitbit? I have an up24 bracelet, I like it but it not a heart rate monitor like I thought it was.

    Yeah I love it. I have the new charge hr. Expensive but worth it. It has a heart rate monitor and tracks my sleep. I never realised how unhealthy my heart is
