Looking for mfp friends :) Have you or do you have 6 stones or more to lose?

I'm a 43 year old Mum of one.

I want to lose 6 stones and would love to be able to add others on here with similar goals to compare food diaries, exercise etc.

I am following a nutrition plan which aims for 1kg loss per week, with a balance of carbs, protein and fat.

Exercise is 14 miles walking per week, 1 body combat session, 1 gym session and aim to start mixed martial arts in a few weeks and start the couch to 5k app, as I have 2 5K runs booked for June this year.
