Hay everyone. I need to get to 198lb in order to be eligible for a medical contraceptive that would suit me more.
Who else has to get to a goal weight that has been medically recomended ?

I don't have a specific weight, but I am insulin resistant. The medication makes me very sick, so my only option is to lose weight. I always thought that if I needed to lose the weight for medical reasons, it would be the kick in the butt I've always needed. Unfortunately, that is not the case! It's still tough!! I'm doing it though, just very slowly.0

I think it's always going to be tough.
The reward at the end is a goal in sight though & it's a life changer so worth the focus. It doesn't matter that it's coming off slowly. It's coming off0
