Hi
I want to get fit for good and not just yoyo like I always do! Looking for anyone with advice/support in that area.

    Hey there,
    What has worked for me is finding a meal system and workout program that I enjoy. We tend to stick with stuff that we either have to do (work) or get excited about (favorite shows). I get my work outs from bodybuilding.com, which is free. Some of the programs come with meal guidance but I get my calorie and macro goals from a local body builder.
