Fitbit not working

I have tried everything, but I can't get my Fitbit to sync. Anyone else having issues. Anyone else having issues?

    Girl yes. Idk it's like ever since the new fitbit trackers came out my flex has a tough time syncing it'll be right in front of my phone fully charged and it still can find it. It'll sync maybe 2 times a day when it feels like it. And I've tried resetting it too but that doesn't work

    I have the HR and the heart rate is not even close when working out. Frustrated, thinking of returning it.
