Hi just to say hello to all who are starting their weight loss journey like me. I could not download the app to my blackberry phone so had to go online to join. Can anyone help with why I cannot download the app or have any suggestions about another barcode scanner app to find out calories and nutrition in food products.

Many thanks

You might need a wider audience than MFP so that you can find the other 3 people still using Blackberrys...

    I kid, I kid.

It's true though haha. My first thought was "its because you have a blackberry!"

Huh... I thought RIM went under and Blackberries were even more obsolete...

I don't think they make this app for Blackberries...
  • hope the next reply will be a bit more supportive. more interested about losing weight and finding an app about food nutrition if anyone can help, if not no need to reply

You don't really need the app to lose weight. Either preplan your meals the night before on the website or keep a note on your blackberry of what you ate and add it when you get back on the website.

you have a blackberry. a phone that is barely supported.
if you want an app for it, you have two options.
    1. search the blackberry version of the playstore and find a calorie counting app.
    or
    2. join us in 2015 and get a new phone - iphone, android, or windows if you want to use MFP. Those are the platforms they're on
