I've been feeling tired and sleepy during day and people have said i look tired.
I have dark circles and swollen eyes even tough i get enough sleep, and haven´t felt stressed recently.
Is it about my nutrition?
You can consult my diary to see what i've been having.

Thanks in advance!

You're a 21-year-old male with a calorie goal of 1400 calories. You might not be eating enough in general.
  • The thing is, even when i didn't control my calorie intake, i would sometimes feel like this.
I've had people say i look tired on days i don't.
Altough this week i've felt a bit tired but that's from activity and completing some tasks out of the usual.

This was my first reaction as well.

OP: I did try to look at your diary to address your question about nutrition, but given that many of the foods were not ones I could recognize, I wasn't able to really know...sorry

But again, why 1400? I eat more than that as a 50 year old woman.
You also have very low carbs. Is that a goal?

You might want to go to the doctor and have some blood work done.
  • Sabine, yes the carbs and the calorie intake are goal for me.

I had a peek at your food diary & my opinion is that you are not eating a balanced diet, and likely calories are too low as well.

Edited to add: Keep in mind I had a hard time understanding a lot of the foods as they are in a different language.

Also, having blood work done sounds like a good idea.
