One month into this and already making good progress on weight loss!

I currently weigh 198.6, started out at 215 lbs at beginning, and had to make a change. I am 47, soon to be 48 and have a goal weight of 175 lbs. I have belly fat I need to convert to lean muscle too. My program allows for one cheat day where we go out for lunch and can eat one meal as we please without any guilt. The other 6 days I try to keep mysely 1round 1550 to 1700 calories a day. So far its working for me. Should be at my weight in my 20's in no time, and then some serious ab workout is needed to tighten up my core. Don't know how to post a picture or would include one. :D
