I'm back and need some motivational fitness pals :)

I in the past used this app and successfully lost 40 or so lbs...i got way to comfortable over this last year and slacked off on the my fitness pal app as well as the gym. due to loss of job i found my self stressed and depressed and i gave up on trying. I've recently found myself in a great mindset and ready to make a physical change, i want to take this feeling and run with it.

I cant do that without sharing ideas meals, exercise tip about this weight loss journey with out the help of my fitness pals :)
