Hey all,

I'm getting back to my diet now and for good. So far it's going ok but I also need to exercise to tone and lose better.

So I need advice for a fitness program I can follow. I heard of Insanity but I'm sure it's going to be too much for me. I'm looking for something that would get me an exercises discipline and program to get me moving.

Thanks guys <3

If you like the look of Insanity but feel it is 'too much' then I would recommend T25.

In many ways it is "Insanity Lite" and so a great way to get started. Its exactly what Ive done.

I had a look at Insanity and tried for a few weeks and it just beat me down day after day. With T25 Im finding pretty rapid improvement and actually enjoying it - Im looking at it as a gateway into regular exercise (and Im starting from couch potato status with a base level of fitness somewhere around 0!)

Yes to T25. Insanity scared the hell out of me. T25 is challenging enough but, to my shock, I enjoy it.

What level of activity are you at now? Maybe start it simple and simply walk for 30 minutes each day. Tough routines yield big results but are also tougher to stay with day after day.
