Biggest bang for the calorie

I like my coffee sweetened and creamed. I use Splenda and that's 0 calories, but my creamer, fat free French vanilla is 25 cal for 1 tbls. I use a lot, like 1/2 cup. That's too many calories wasted, I'd rather use on something else. Any suggestions on what to use for creamer to get the best results for least amount of calories? Thank you

I used the plain powdered stuff (10 cals per teaspoon). If you are not allergic to nuts you can try Almond or Cashew Milk. They are 30 and 25 cals per CUP, respectively. You can add vanilla extract for 0 calories.0

Also, the almond and cashew milk I'm referring to are the lower calorie options. And I think they may already be vanilla flavored.
I like my coffee to taste like coffee (not too light) so maybe you can reduce the amount of coffee so that less cream will still have that same level of coffee flavor.
I used to only use half and half but out of convenience (not dieting) got used to powdered fake stuff. Now I actually prefer it. I bought some fat free fluid and it was 15 cals per teaspoon. I can't remember the brand but I got it from ShopRite. They had different flavors. I think mine is vanilla caramel or something. I didn't really like it and went back to the powder, lol.0 -
I use full fat flavored creamers and I've weaned myself down to just 1 TBSP per cup of coffee. Sometimes, I'll have 2 TBSP.0

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk! Like 2-4 cal per tablespoon! I drink 3 cups of coffee a day and only use almond milk in one of them as a "treat." Why does coffee taste so much better with cream!?
Have you ever tried Stevia? Splenda has been linked to migraines. I try to stay away from lab made sweetners, but that's just me. I was a Sweet n Low addict at one point. It was terrible!0 -
I have a huge coffee addiction! I’ve tried every way to cut calories from my habit, but found I don’t like any of those substitutes. I’m honest with myself… I’m not going give it up so I just had to learn to manage my day around my love for coffee. It’s probably not what most people will tell you or that you expected to hear.
As a part of that learning process, I switched to using those prepackaged/premeasured cream cups for a while like they have in diners and such. It was much easier for me to keep track of how much I actually use and I was able to wean my habit from there. I used to use flavored creamer and sugar. After weaning myself, in the off chance I'm craving french vanilla creamer or similar, I now use two tablespoons and no sugar. For me, the key is really just learning to wean myself.
Currently, I’m back to using the full fat and fat free half n half, and my mornings are glorious lol! :P0
