I have been doing this consistently for three minths. U can feel the muscle gain but no weight loss. Since February 1st I started a 28day chalkangr. Wish me luck. Thanks

As you gain lean muscle, your weight will increase slightly because muscle weighs more than fat. Please keep this in mind when doing a weight loss routine. This is very frustrating to many folks who don't understand this principle, but very valuable to the body and results0
