I'm 5' and I am at 1250.0

5'6" female, it has me set at about 1300 calories a day I eat back exercise calories.0

I am 34 years old, I work out 6 days a week. I aim for 1350 - 1400 cals per day and I am losing an average of 1.5 Lbs per week. I weigh myself once a week only. I do not eat my exercise calories back. My current weight is 142 and I am 5'40

on workout days anywhere between 3000-4000. On rest days about 2500. On Leg day it's more like 4000-4500. My metabolism is extremely fast at the moment. When I want to lose weight I drop my intake to about 2500.0
