Cant seem to get started and stick with it!

  • I share your goal AND your struggle! I think it all starts with having a solid plan that's REALISTIC and really holding yourself accountable. I am weak. I am also a quitter. My goal more than weight is to overcome these obstacles!

    Hi, I need to lose 25 lbs by June. ..I'm fine all week but Friday night comes and so do my demons! Spend all day Saturday regretting it! I need Fridays taking out of the week lol.

    Save calories for your Friday night over the week and pre-log it

    I'm also wanting to drop 25 by June. Similar issues of during the week I seem to ok and then the weekend comes... The exercise regiment is mapped out and so is the food aspect. Now to make it stick!
