    I HATE pushups!!! but am always up for a new challenge. I went to the site briefly. Is it more than doing 30 pushups a days for 30 days?

    No this is strictly a challenge of 30 push ups a day for 30 days. Spartan puts on races which are obstacle course type across the country.

    I actually had someone challenge me to 10,000 in a month, which works out to about 333/day. That was rough.
