hurt all the time

Does anyone out there hurt all the time? I don't want to get out of bed because it's going to hurt my feet. I sit too long and it hurts my back. I walk too much and my muscles to my bones hurt. My hips / hip flexors actually hurt. I've been getting all my water, eat a banana every other day - what could be going on? Just my age?

    Sounds like a trip to the Dr. might be in your best interest.
  • Probably right. Insurance doesn't start until April 1st. Thanks though.
  • Try seeing a chiropractor and a massage therapist. The hips back and feet could be from the sciatic nerve. Try sitting on tennis balls or lacrosse balls it will not feel good but it will help loosen the glute muscles. Also roll the tennis ball with your feet to help stretch the plantar muscle you want it to be uncomfortable so you know its stretching it. Also lemon and peppermint oils for the joints it helps with inflammation and joint pain. Long post I'm sorry. I hope it helps :)
