Weighed in yesterday and was under 100kg for the 1st time in 8 or 9 years just a step on the way to 90kg but am a pretty happy man today.

nicely done. In a similar situation as you although I've been here before. I have managed to break the 100 kg mark last week I think I have plateaued but on the plus side I am still under the 100 kg mark. I still have about 32 kg to go.0
