Hi everyone, it's my first week on Fitness Pal and I love it! I was amazed at how badly I was eating before I actually had analyze everything like I do now. But I feel it's for a healthier me which is what I am determined to be!
I just quit smoking on the 1st of January this year after 20yrs of smoking and I'm going strong! So what's a better time to get into shape and healthy than when you've quit smoking,which is when most people gain weight.
My goal is to lose 50lbs by the end of May for my sisters wedding and I'm in it to win it!
I look forward to having the support of all of you as well as being here you guys too!
