Has anyone followed her program ?
http://www.bodyrock.tv/
she is adorable and her body is awesome
Her exercises for a person of my size is incredibly hard but I am sure
with tons of practice and patience I will be able to do them..
Would you say that 15 minutes to 20 minutes of what she does would be enough to lose the weight? She is also on youtube..
Do you think if I add her to my routines and still do my cardio I would speed up my weight loss?
I',m on a mental blockage ...my weight is staying the same not cause I am on a plateau but cause my brain says I can't go lower...
I tend to eat really well then I get to that number then I stuff my face...arggg,
any help would be appreciated..
thank you

Bodyrock is good, but as for your plateau...
IF you are on 1200 a day, in order to break this plateau, the trick will be to eat more.
Judging by your goals listed in your profile, you have quite a bit left to lose, therefore your maintenance calories are probably above 2000, making your deficit pretty large, and only sustainable for short periods of time. Try changing your goals in your settings to "lose 1 lb per week, recommended", since it IS recommended, and you will be able to eat more, without getting starving for a while, then binging.
You can still lose weight on 1700-1800 cals a day, just slower and more healthy.0 -
Give it a shot. Start with the beginnners program. It definitely helps. And btw it is way tougher than it looks. My brother follows that her program and he is as fit as it gets.0
