My name is Sandy, I have always struggled with weight. Now that the change of life has meet me, I seem to gain 10 to 15 lbs a year. I have no energy. I really need to lose a lot of pounds.

Welcome to MFP. Often we eat more to try to have more energy. It works a bit but we start gaining weight which lowers our energy level so we eat even more so there is even more weight gain and on and on. I cut everything with added sugar and all processed carbs four months ago and have more energy and have lost 20 pounds. Best of luck.0
