Hi,
I was here for a while and hit goal. Life kinda got in the way a little and have reset goals etc on this new profile in prep for Spring n Summer.
A lot of old friends have gone but found a few of them and more than happy to add to my friend list to give/receive support and accountability (as well as having some fun along the way).
In the UK but have friends from all over...

So, hit that Add button guys.

    Not embarrassing at all.
    What to do is click on the pic which takes you to profile and the Add Friend button.

    Hi Jim,
    I am also new to this app but eager to get my fitness on! I totally hear what you're saying about life getting in the way. And, like you, I also love to make new friends. I live in the U.S., by the way.

    Funny, because... When I click on your picture it does take me to your profile. Only when I click my own...
