    Welcome ladies. I've been using this now for about three years. Just know that losing weight is a challenge so don't put too much pressure on yourselves. Take it one day at a time. Everyone here has been supportive and motivational.
  • Yea, I need a tutorial. Ok I'll look and see if you were able to add me. It's so hard!!! I actually don't like junk food. And you'll rarely find snack in my house. I dont eat cookies, cake or candy often at all. And I pretty much never drink soda. Love water and I try to cook healthy things to an extent. My problem is this... I'm a carb *kitten*! I love carbs. I can go days without eating meat, and I love cheese too! :-( we all have our vices... Hopefully we can help each other stay strong
