2nd day without sweets and junk :)

Hopefully will get back my lean shape as its the second day with high protein diet and no junk :D

    nice work! Sweets are my nemesis as well. While many can do "all things in moderation" sugar is one of those things for me that I can't have around the house. I do best and feel best if I try and get my daily calories from lean proteins and fruits and veggies with limited amount of whole grains in there! Have a great first week back on track!

    I'm trying the same thing! Day 2 of a high protein diet and low carb. I really don't like meat, but I'm finding protein keeps you more satisfied. I don't get nearly as hungry I've found. Good luck!!!!
