I'm trying again

Any tips on how to get and stay motivated? Especially when I live with my cat and dog and my only true friend (the one that does not dump me when the going gets tough) is food. Also how long does it take to start getting addicted to exercise and to actually want to do it? Can anyone answer these perplexing questions with simple answers?

Standing in front of the mirror helped me and still does, it's something to reflect upon.0

make a list of you're goals and set a realistic time frame to reach these goals. Also in terms of exercise join a gym and try out classes until you find one you like and make it a part of you're weekly routine to attend the class. You will also probably enjoy the social aspect of attending gym classes because it allows you to interact with a large number of people in you're community. Hope this helps0
